About these terms
These terms describe the use of the GWIND website and the steps involved in discussing a custom hockey stick project with us. They cover players, teams, brands and business customers exploring our design and enquiry tools.
This version covers the current website preview. A quotation or order may have additional written terms specific to the project. Specifications, pricing, payment, production and delivery details need to be agreed before a project proceeds.
Nothing on this page removes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. A project agreement must also respect those rights.
Website tools and enquiries
Custom Studio helps you explore a design and prepare a specification. The Contact and Request a Quote tools currently prepare a downloadable brief. Preparing, saving or downloading a design or brief does not send it to GWIND, create an order or authorize production.
We receive a prepared brief when you choose to share it through a contact channel. An enquiry or a discussion is a starting point; an order proceeds only after the project and its commercial terms are agreed in writing.
Browser drafts are saved on the device where you create them. Keep a downloaded copy of any design or brief you want to retain, especially before clearing browser data or moving to another device.
Your custom specifications
We work with the specifications you provide, including player side, length, flex, blade pattern, shaft shape, grip, construction, weight preferences, finish and artwork. If a detail is undecided, leave it open for discussion rather than treating a preview selection as final.
Available combinations and any production tolerances must be confirmed for your build. Check the final specification carefully, including units, quantities and the relationship between each player and the relevant specification.
Website images and the live design preview illustrate your idea. Screen colors, lighting and rendered materials can differ from a physical finish. Color references, artwork placement and any required physical sample should be agreed as part of approval.
Artwork, logos and player lists
Before sending a logo, graphic or other artwork, make sure you own it or have permission to use it for the project. The same applies to player names and any personal details in a team list. Please do not send content that infringes another person’s rights.
Check names, jersey numbers, spelling, quantities and specification references before approving personalization. Keep numbers such as “01” in the format you want printed. Any placement, file preparation or design adjustments should be reviewed with us.
Sharing artwork for a project does not transfer ownership to GWIND or give us unrestricted permission to publish it. Any permission to reproduce it is limited to preparing, reviewing and fulfilling the agreed project. Public use in marketing requires separate permission.
Samples and final approval
A sample can help you review the feel, construction, finish and appearance of your stick. The sample specification, cost, shipping arrangements and timing are confirmed for each project.
We agree what you are approving: the specification, artwork proof, sample or a combination of these. Your final written approval should identify the version to be used for production.
If something needs to change after a sample or artwork review, raise it before production approval. A revision may require an updated proof, a further sample or a revised quotation and schedule.
Quotations and payment
Quotation details are confirmed individually. They should identify the build, quantities, currency, unit price, any sample or design charges, shipping, applicable taxes or duties, payment arrangements and how long the quotation remains valid.
Minimum quantities, deposits and payment stages depend on the agreed project; this preview does not set a universal minimum or collect online payments. Do not treat an enquiry, preview image or indicative figure as a confirmed offer.
Any change to scope, quantities, specifications or delivery requirements should be reflected in a revised written agreement before the affected work proceeds. Whether shipping, import charges or other costs are included must be stated in the quotation.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Contact us as soon as you need to change or cancel a project. What can be changed depends on the agreed terms and the stage of design, purchasing or production. We will discuss any effect on costs, completed work and timing before agreeing the change.
Custom and personalized products may have different change-of-mind arrangements from standard stock products. Any applicable restrictions and cancellation charges must be made clear before an order is confirmed, subject to applicable law.
A personalized design does not automatically remove rights relating to faulty goods or goods that do not match the agreed specification. If a product has a problem, contact us with the project reference and relevant details so the issue can be assessed.
Production and delivery
Production timing and delivery arrangements are confirmed after the specification, artwork, approvals and payment requirements are agreed. Discuss any essential event date with us before committing to an order.
The agreed schedule should distinguish production time from shipping time and state whether a date is estimated or guaranteed. Changes to the project, transport disruption or customs processing can affect delivery; any impact needs to be discussed with you.
Provide accurate delivery and recipient details. Responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, import charges and transport risk must be set out in the project agreement, subject to applicable law.
Product care and support
Use a hockey stick for its intended purpose and follow any care or safety information supplied with it. If it becomes damaged or unsafe, stop using it and ask for advice.
Any commercial warranty, coverage period and claim process should be supplied with the quotation or order information. This preview does not promise a universal warranty period or a particular remedy for every issue.
For support, share the order or project reference, the affected specification, a description of the issue and clear photographs where available. Any assessment or remedy remains subject to the agreed terms and applicable rights.
Website use and content
You may use the website to explore our products, prepare your own project and contact us. Please provide accurate information and use the tools lawfully. Do not upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site or impersonate another person.
GWIND branding and the website’s text, imagery, models and design remain protected by their respective ownership and usage rights. Preparing your own enquiry does not grant permission to copy the website or reuse its assets for another business.
The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable. If an important specification or quotation detail appears unclear or inconsistent, ask us to confirm it before relying on it for an order. Changes to website content do not, by themselves, change an already agreed order.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains how project details and personal information are handled. Our Cookie Policy explains saved designs, browser drafts and other local storage.
WhatsApp and other external services have their own terms. Opening a contact link does not automatically send a configuration, file or player list. You decide which information to share.
Updates and contact
We may update these website terms as our services change. The date above identifies this version. Additional order terms, including the contracting company, applicable law and any dispute arrangements, need to be identified in the relevant project agreement and must respect applicable mandatory protections.
If you have a question about these terms or your project, use Contact GWIND or speak with us on WhatsApp at +86 17727448163.
