Your specifications. Your identity.
Let’s put your project into a clear brief.
LET’SBUILD.
From brief to build.
The points to confirm before a project moves into production.
Prepare your brief
Collect your specifications, quantity, artwork and destination. Leave undecided details open for discussion.
Confirm scope & quote
Confirm the requested build, order quantity, costs, shipping basis and planned timing before committing.
Review artwork & samples
Check colors, logo placement, names and numbers. Agree on a sample plan where needed before final approval.
Agree order & delivery
Production and delivery arrangements follow the agreed specification and order terms.
Minimum quantities, sample costs and lead times are confirmed with your quote. Sending a request does not place an order.
Before you request a quote.
A few practical answers to help you prepare your project.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Any applicable MOQ depends on the requested model, construction, finish and artwork. Enter an estimated quantity, or choose Quantity is not decided yet. The minimum is confirmed with the quote.
Can I request a sample before production?
Select “I would like a sample first” in your order details. Sample availability, cost and timing need to be confirmed for the requested build.
Can one request include different specifications?
Add a specification for each size, handedness, flex or build, and enter its quantity. Availability and any applicable minimums are assessed for each specification.
Can each stick have a different name or number?
You can request individual names and numbers. Attach a player list with the specification reference and quantity for each row. Spelling, numbers and placement should be checked in the artwork review.
Are design, samples and shipping included?
List the artwork support, sample, packaging and delivery needs in your brief. Any charges and inclusions are confirmed in the quotation.
Can I change artwork after approval?
Record changes before approving the final artwork. Any later change needs a feasibility, cost and timing check; include the requested update in your notes.
How are lead times and shipping arranged?
Provide your target date and delivery location. Artwork, any sampling, production and shipping requirements all affect the schedule. Timing, shipping costs and delivery terms need to be agreed for the project.
Prepare your artwork.
A few clear files make your brief easier to review.
- Logo & graphics
- Prefer vector AI, EPS or PDF files. PNG, JPG or WebP references are also useful if that is what you have. Final artwork can be discussed before approval.
- Colors & placement
- List color or Pantone references, base and graphic colors, logo positions and requested finishes. Final colors and placement need confirmation.
- Player names & numbers
- Use one row per player and specification in the template. Match Specification to the numbered builds in your RFQ. Check spelling and jersey numbers after editing.
Attach the completed CSV in Design & reference files. Keep the Number column as text if leading zeroes are needed. Up to 5 files, 20 MB each and 40 MB total, including Studio briefs.
