Explain the project.
Describe whether you are preparing a personal design, a team order or a branded product. Include the estimated quantity and the specification choices you already know.
Mark the options that are still open. You can ask for help choosing a specification without presenting an unconfirmed choice as final.
Gather the files.
Keep artwork, reference images and any player-list variations together. Make the file names easy to recognise and include the original design files when available.
The RFQ page offers a player-list template and accepts supporting files for the local brief package. Review the supported formats and file limits before attaching them.
Describe the practical requirements.
Include the delivery country or region and the target date. Distinguish a fixed event deadline from a general preference so the request is clear.
Pricing, minimum quantities, sample costs and lead times are confirmed for the actual project. Preparing or downloading the brief does not itself send the enquiry.
